Landhaus Frenes Apartments

We felt at home right away in Sylvia's apartment, where we stayed for the first time this year. It's in a fantastic location, and Sylvia communicated excellently before and during our visit. Already looking forward to next year! :-)

Apartment number 3 had lots of closets and compartments, so it was easy to keep everything organized and avoid clutter. It was clean, spacious, and very well equipped, with everything I needed and more, from utensils to appliances. Parking was included, and the center was just a five-minute walk away. The only downside was the TV. It had no Italian channels and no way to connect a USB stick. With the bad weather, we might have appreciated that more, so I might suggest bringing a laptop. We'd happily come back. The apartment was quiet and green all around, yet only a five-minute walk from the center of Seefeld. Inside, it was spotless, roomy, and had everything needed to cook for ourselves.

Sylvia made a real difference to our stay. She was warm and kind when welcoming us, and looked after us right through to departure. We were so glad to meet her. We stayed in apartment 3 on the first floor, with no elevator. The living room had a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. There was also an interactive TV with Italian channels. The large bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and the long balcony came with a clothesline, two deckchairs, a table and two chairs, and a beach umbrella. In the kitchen we found an oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine with pods, and dishwasher. The shower and sink were in one renovated bathroom, with a second renovated bathroom containing the toilet. Wi-Fi worked throughout the property. Landhaus Frenes sits above the center of Seefeld, about a ten-minute walk away, so it was peaceful while still close by. The garden was lovely, the mountain view splendid, and parking was available for all guests. One small suggestion: the waste sorter under the sink could be larger and more practical, with space for paper, plastic, organic waste, glass and cans, and general rubbish.
