Alpenlove - Adult SPA Hotel

The room was nice and new, the location was great, and breakfast was amazing. Dinner was mostly good, but it didn’t feel seasonal. The six-course menu didn’t really offer options, either. The shower overflowed twice. The fitness room had broken lights, felt really stuffy, and didn’t always have the right weights for the machine. The pool was cold, and the website doesn’t mention that the whole spa and wellness area is nudist.

We stayed three days and two nights, and the dinners turned it into a fabulous gourmet experience. Our room was large, had all the expected amenities, and came with a comfortable bed. The spa was lovely and well equipped, with a big pool, a good sauna area, spacious relaxation areas, and an awesome outdoor Jacuzzi. Staff were friendly, especially at the front office, the bar, and Alpenlove Brasserie. An engineer even brought a heating element to our room. The breakfast selection was wide and plentiful, but the quality didn’t match the hotel’s image, though the staff were accommodating. The repeated WiFi access requests were also a nuisance when moving around the property. I thought access was meant to be needed only once for the whole stay. The alternative parking spaces are a hassle when the hotel car park is full. Better coordination, perhaps checking space availability with cameras at the car parks and monitors at reception, could prevent frustration for guests and staff. The stay felt sensual, romantic, and high quality, with great Austrian hospitality for young and old. We’ll be back.

Right in the center of Seefeld beside the Christmas market, the hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is fine. I wasn’t keen on the spa: the pool was very, very cold, and the saunas are completely nude zones, where you can’t even wear a towel or sheet.

A treat for couples, and good value, right in the middle of town life with Tirol to enjoy. There are older and newer room styles at different prices. If it rains, your room choice could be one reason to stay in, though the spa is a treat before or after exploring the mountains and town.
