Berghaus Tirol - Luxus Apartement

The house itself was comfortable, with spacious rooms, a lovely view, and peaceful surroundings. Everything seemed in order during our stay at the Berghaus Tirol luxury apartment in Seefeld. The service, though, was disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed the toilet roll holder on the stand was loose and wanted to report it. We never saw or spoke to the landlord. There was no welcome or chance to discuss any problems, which left us disappointed by the lack of communication. After we left, we received a message saying we had damaged the holder. That wasn’t true. It was already loose when we arrived, and we hadn’t done anything to it. They said we had used brute force and would have to pay €150, and our deposit was withheld. It felt like an unfair accusation and showed a lack of trust in us as guests. The customer service was shocking. Instead of discussing what happened openly, we were accused of being vandals. You expect respect and honesty as a customer, and we didn’t find either here. The house is fine, but the way guests are treated and the service need serious improvement. Be prepared for little communication and unfair accusations, and for uncertainty about getting your deposit back. We didn’t get ours.
