Bergland Hotel

The hotel is a minute’s walk from the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle to and from the Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf slopes. There’s also a ski room for boards and skis, with heated boot storage. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The spa had a small pool, relaxation rooms, a sauna, steam room, cold pool, and a “vital bar” with juice, tea, and snacks. The open nuts are a definite avoid if you have an allergy. There’s no jacuzzi. I’m coeliac and gluten-free, and they looked after me well. The food was delicious, allergens were shown on the menus, and staff were very helpful. But dishes marked nut-free definitely weren’t.

The spa was incredible, and every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The care put into the details shows throughout the hotel. From arrival, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and kept going out of their way to look after me. Their genuine hospitality made the stay special. I’ll definitely return and would highly recommend Hotel Bergland.

After a cold day on the slopes, the spotless, thoughtfully designed spa was a great place to unwind. Moving from the warmth into the natural spring-fed cold plunge was refreshing, then dinner was a treat, with every meal carefully prepared. The hotel is peaceful but within easy walking distance of what you need. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The whole property feels cared for, and staff from reception to the restaurant greeted us warmly, even though our group didn’t speak the local language. The owners often checked in with guests in the evenings, creating a relaxed, personal atmosphere. If you’re heading to Seefeld, this hotel belongs at the top of your list. It might even put Seefeld on your radar.

At Bergland Hotel, the staff made everything feel easy: they were warm, attentive, friendly, and professional, and nothing seemed to be a problem. Best of all, my pre-teen son loved it, so we parents got a break too. The Christmas Eve celebration was on another level! For a family holiday, the location worked well. Innsbruck airport is 25 minutes away, the nearest ski field is a 10-minute walk, and the ski bus is free. Local authentic Christmas stalls and great shops are just three minutes away.
