They’d already set out a toddler seat at breakfast, and after check-in they even arranged a safety rail for our bed when they noticed we had a little one. That thoughtful surprise really pleased us. The breakfast was superb, the service and rooms were excellent, and there’s lots of parking plus an EV charging station. For the price, this is a top tier hotel, and we’d stay here again if we’re near Tirol. The one downside was the loud toilet ventilation fan, which switched on with the light. The room and toilet doors did have good sound insulation, though.

The family who run the hotel were super friendly, and the renovated rooms were great. Breakfast was good, and they have a shop for basic groceries, free sled rentals, and a roomy place to store ski gear. The hotel sits on the sunny south side of the mountains with a stunning view over the Inn valley. We spent New Year’s week there, and the main ski area was only five minutes away by bus, with a practice slope and lift right outside. The hard mattresses made it difficult for me to sleep well, though everyone’s different. The rest of the stay exceeded our expectations.

The staff were welcoming and respectful, and we appreciated getting one room upgraded so our family could stay close together. We booked through the website, paid on arrival, and handled all communication by email during our two-night stay. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, though that wasn’t a problem with our car. There’s no receptionist after 5 PM, but you can still get into the hotel with your room card.

The view is breathtaking, and the people working here are really nice and friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the small apartment style room let us cook simple meals. Families will appreciate the two playrooms, especially when the weather is bad, and it’s a great base for hiking. There are lots of leaflets and folders to help guests choose activities or change plans if the weather turns. Mösern doesn’t have a proper grocery store, so shopping means going to Seefeld, though the hotel has a small 24/7 shop for food and drinks if you arrive late or on a holiday. The breakfast was pretty good but nothing special. More options, like scrambled eggs or bacon, would be nice.
