The breakfast had loads of choices, and the sauna and gym were clean, well equipped, and felt safe. We came as a family for a ski holiday and had one of the best times we've ever had. Tanja and her family were so welcoming and helpful throughout. Our room was lovely and clean, with a huge balcony looking out at the mountains. It was such a relaxing view. This is a great place to unwind. We'll definitely be back, hopefully in summer too.

Breakfast was top notch, really the cherry on the cake. The hotel is just a short walk from the town centre, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I had a wonderful two week business and leisure stay here with several colleagues. From the start, Tania and her assistant Tatjana took great care of us. Everything about the stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice. There's no half board option, though, and it isn't the cheapest place. The location works for the local slopes, but most of the decent skiing in the area is a good hour away.

The standards here are really high, and you can tell. It's a fantastic family run hotel, and I had a great stay. The welcome at reception was lovely, so I'd happily come back and would definitely recommend it.
