Stay far away! The website said right up front that they had electric car charging spots, and that's why we booked. They had no charging spots, or even normal parking. The service by chat and phone was also very rude. The room was like a sauna, incredibly hot, with no air conditioning.

A friend recommended this place, so we tried the cafe downstairs, and the food was delicious. The hot chocolate was SO good, and the service was amazing. The waitresses were respectful and nice. The music was great too, they have very good taste. I'd definitely come again.

The beds were really comfortable, and my son loved sleeping in the little window nook. We also appreciated how quickly they responded and how warmly we were welcomed. The town is lovely and quiet, and the location worked especially well for us: we stepped off the train and were straight across the parking lot, handy with our heavy backpacks.

This might suit younger guests who mainly need somewhere to sleep after skiing and don't expect much from the hotel. The two staff members we met each day were very kind, but it didn't feel suited to a vacation stay. There are no closets, just a bar in the bedroom for hanging things, so the room felt crowded. I arrived first, but someone else took all the space, and I had to leave my suitcases off to the side. Breakfast was very limited, mostly heated frozen processed food. The bathroom wasn't very comfortable either: you have to draw a curtain for privacy, while the toilet is in a separate section behind a door beside the bathroom.
