The team made the stay feel special. Cintia and everyone else were helpful, professional, and delightful, and I felt cared for, almost like family. The facilities are lovely, and the location is close to the center while still being calm and peaceful. I'd always choose to come back. Even my dog wanted to return after we checked into another hotel for the winter break. That says it all :)

We had such a fun girls' night out in this really nice apartment, full of laughter. It's in a beautiful area and easy to reach by public transport. We'd love to recommend this Hotel to everyone ❤️

The rooms are really cozy, very clean, and spacious, and the hotel itself is awesome and well maintained. What made the biggest difference was the staff, all so polite, attentive, and ready to help. Thanks for making our second stay so memorable!

We felt very welcome here with our three-year-old. It's a lovely, super child-friendly hotel with the nicest staff I've ever met and a great breakfast. We'll definitely stay again.
