My favourite hotel in Lenzing and around the Attersee. The staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the food is excellent.

The room is good, with a big shower, and the location near the lake is good too. The mattress is much too hard and the pillows much too soft for me. For reference, I like a medium mattress and a down pillow. The restaurant and bar are great, the food is good, and the serving staff are friendly, correct and speak English.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range from fresh fruit to hot dishes and local specialties, so there was something for everyone. Dinner at the hotel's own restaurant was superb too, with a fine wine selection and exquisite dishes. I spent three nights here and was thrilled with the stay. From arrival to departure, the service was flawless, and the friendly, attentive staff were always ready to help with requests.

The receptionist was a real help when flooding suspended most trains and we had trouble getting to Vienna. They found an alternative for us and patiently answered our questions. The room was clean, breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel is close to Attersee Lake with beautiful scenery. I had a great stay and highly recommend it if you're looking for a pleasant place.

The hotel is right by the highway, which worked well for travelling by car. Breakfast was amazing, and the room was clean and modern. I'd like to visit again!
