There was lots to do at the hotel, and we had a great holiday. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and could go straight to our room. It was very clean, with a nice balcony, and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious, with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. Great hotel, great staff, and lovely food. We’ll come back.

The hotel was nice, though it’s a long way from the ski pistes. The spa was great. Breakfast was okay, nothing special compared with other hotels in the region. Dinner wasn’t so good, the fixed menu didn’t really suit ski season. Still, a nice stay.

The welcome was especially friendly, and service throughout the hotel was excellent. We had brilliant food at breakfast, for snacks, and at dinner, and the rooms were clean and modern. Hotel Truyenhof is in one of the most beautiful parts of the Austrian Alps. Our recent holiday here exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely return!

The views are lovely, and the place is spotlessly clean, with hard-working cleaning staff around all day. I could also get there easily by public transport, which was a plus since I don’t have a car. A bus pass is included with your stay. There are lots of thoughtful extras: an afternoon snack buffet with self-serve ice cream, yoghurt, and fruit; backpacks in the rooms for hiking; canvas bags with pool towels; and little snacks and drinks in the spa. At breakfast there’s cling film and paper bags if you want to pack a lunch. The food is pretty good, and the staff are all really friendly and go above and beyond. It’s an excellent place to get away from the world for a bit. One small thing: the bathrooms use an all-in-one product for body wash, shampoo, and hand soap, which takes away a little from the luxury feel. Hardly a real fault.
