The food and location were okay, but the room felt more like a hostel and the bathroom was in terrible shape. There were cobwebs, which seemed to explain its condition. A large green EXIT sign glowed over the door all night and made it hard to sleep, besides looking bad. We picked this hotel for a short family ski trip with a child because we wanted a convenient location. The first impression was poor: instead of welcoming us, the receptionist immediately brought up problems with the rear parking lot and said people had relieved themselves there in the past. Good service takes the right attitude, and this gentleman set a very low bar. Long story short, I definitely do not recommend it.

We spent a girls' weekend here to unwind and get away from city life. The mountain panorama from our clean, spacious room was stunning, and the hotel was easy to reach, right among the attractions, with the ski slope, local shops, and bus stop just steps away. Having breakfast and dinner included made things easy. The food was fresh and delicious, with a home-cooked, grandma's kitchen feel. Breakfast had plenty of choices, from continental items, fresh bread, and pastries to hot and cold dishes. On our last evening we booked the sauna and massages. The spa room was private, cozy, and very clean, and the massage was a real highlight. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. We loved the family-run hotel and will definitely be back. Thanks so much for making our stay so wonderful!

Dinner was awful, just plain rice and a meatball, and the staff were even worse. When we asked about the curtains, they said we were wasting their time. Simply rude. One window had no curtain, and the other still let in so much light that the room was bright around 5-6AM. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

We had a very good time and no problems at all, so I don't really understand some of the reviews here. I was there with friends and their son, who was undergoing rehabilitation, and his health improved a lot. The place is nice, with comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, and good views from the rooms. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all-you-can-eat. There's also a parking lot with maybe 25 spaces. I recommend visiting.

The food was tasty and there was lots to choose from, and the room was clean. I spent an extended weekend here and had a great time. The accommodation is well placed near the ski slope, bus stop, and grocery store. Can only recommend it!
