When we arrived in Serfaus with our two small children, the owner told us a story that made no sense, claiming booking.com had been hacked and there was no room for us. He said he could accommodate us only if we paid an extra 2500,- for five nights. We'd paid the full amount in advance and on time to avoid cancellation, after hearing that this had happened to others. Even so, we were left out in the cold, literally. The local police were informed. The owner has different ways of ripping off people who book early. An owner with no morals.

Look for somewhere else to stay. The landlord cancelled our confirmed booking only two weeks ahead so he could rent it to others. He'd never asked us to pay in advance, then blamed us for not doing so. I've never had this happen before. He was arrogant on the phone, and I heard we're not the only ones this has happened to. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars.

The hill up to the hotel is steep, but the location is still fantastic, with the gondola about five minutes away. The food and the pool and wellness area were great too. I’d happily stay again.

I’d give this place zero stars. A few days before arrival, they cancel your booking if they can sell the room for more, and when you call to ask about it, they get angry. Please don’t book here.

They gave our room to people who offered more money, even though we’d booked six months ahead. The customer service was very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend this horrible “hotel” to anyone. Disgraceful.
