Gentle Hide Designhotel

The management was exceptionally nice, and the hotel is a beautifully decorated, modern little boutique place in a perfect location. We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and loved it. There’s a large buffet breakfast, and they’ll cook eggs or an omelet to order. You’ll fall for this hotel just like we did. Don’t hesitate to stay!

The team were wonderful, friendly and genuinely interested, with great tips for what to see, do and where to eat. Service was thoughtful and intuitive, and we couldn’t fault anything. This beautiful design hotel was a delight from the moment we arrived: stylish, inviting and perfectly located. I’d recommend it without hesitation to anyone wanting to explore beautiful Salzburg.

The Gentle Hide was a fantastic place to stay. It’s in a calm, quiet part of town, yet only about a two-minute walk from the old town, so we could walk everywhere. Some people in our group could easily pop back to the hotel when they needed something while the rest of us stayed out. The team were warm and always around if we needed anything. Breakfast was fantastic, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere in the evening with great drinks. Highly recommend it if you want a small, intimate place to stay in Salzburg.

We stayed at Gentle Hide Designhotel last October in the All Inn Family room. It was lovely and had everything we needed. Before we arrived, we asked for a coffee machine, and they left coffee pods so we could relax in the room before heading down to their great breakfast. It was too cold for us to enjoy the lovely terrace. Vivienne, her husband and the whole team gave great service.
