Frau Weismann welcomed us with the warmth of an Oma or Tante and made the hotel feel safe and inviting. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was nutritious, and the coffee was always hot and delicious. We spent four nights here and received more hospitality than we expected. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Hotel Josefa was a perfect place to rest during our visit to Salzburg. We highly recommend it and would stay again on a future trip.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and delightful, and breakfast was beautifully laid out with lots to choose from. It takes about a 30-35 minute walk to reach the old town, but I thought it was worth it. The neighborhood is quiet, and the hotel has an elegant, old fashioned, quaint feel. Our room was clean and simply furnished, with a modern bathroom. Thanks for a great stay!

My daughter and I had such a lovely time in Salzburg and at this charming, friendly hotel. The women who served us made us feel very welcome. Our room was tidy and clean, with fresh towels and a daily tidy-up. We loved staying here and hope to come back!

Really enjoyed my stay at hotel Josefa. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice, and breakfast was great. There’s also a very cute cat who lives there. I’d recommend it.
