Plaza Inn Salzburg Messe Hotel

The location is handy, right by a bus stop, but the stay had a few problems. Room cleaning wasn’t done properly, and the wardrobes were so small they only fit one jacket. There was no kettle in the room. Breakfast was chaotic, with a long line for the single working coffee machine and no vegetarian options. One of the lifts had also stopped working.

Parking is limited, so getting there early helps if you want a spot. The rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel felt warm and pleasant. Breakfast had very few options for vegetarians, though. It worked well for a short stay.

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with fresh fruit and pastries, hot food, local dishes and healthier choices. It was well presented, and staff kept everything stocked and the dining room clean. The room was cozy and spotless, with everything I needed, a very comfortable bed and a lovely view. The hotel itself is modern, clean and beautifully designed, and the staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. I was traveling by car, so the secure, easy-to-use garage parking made things much simpler. The location also gave me easy access to nearby attractions while staying peaceful. I had a fantastic time and can’t wait to return. The facilities, breakfast and service all exceeded my expectations. I’d happily recommend it, and I’m grateful to the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable.

We had a good stay, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice too, with scrambled eggs, bacon and tea. Our room’s Wi-Fi was so bad we couldn’t use it, but at checkout the staff said they could have moved us if we’d mentioned it earlier. The air conditioning worked well, and getting into town by bus was simple. We also appreciated the complimentary Salzburg transport card.
