Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu

Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu Salzburg was a wonderful base for exploring the beautiful city. We stayed two nights, and the location was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The room was lovely after we took the check-in staff’s suggestion to upgrade to a superior room. They were very helpful from the moment we arrived. There was a misunderstanding on my part about breakfast: I thought the included option would only be charged if we used it, but it was billed either way. At checkout, another team member kindly corrected this and confirmed a refund had been issued. I appreciated the professional, quick fix. I’m following up for a detailed receipt and confirmation of the refund, since the final receipt gave only the total and no itemized costs. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to put things right. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu and highly recommend it.

We arrived early because our flights changed, and our room was ready as soon as we walked in. The five-day break went smoothly thanks to the hotel team. They even left a birthday cake in the room for my wife, a lovely touch. The staff were warm and exceptional, the rooms comfortable, and the atmosphere delightful. We also loved the excellent location, charming details throughout, and the restaurant's fantastic food. Thanks to everyone for making the stay so good. I’d absolutely recommend it.

We’ve travelled a lot, and this was one of our best stays. The staff were outstanding, especially when we had only a few hours to find another hotel. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant food was excellent, breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were very comfortable, particularly the luxury ones. We’ll definitely stay again.
