Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, delicious food and plenty of choice, from warm pastries to eggs and fruit. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with a coffee maker, safe, quality toiletries, and a great shower with strong pressure and a sleek look. The hotel feels modern and stylish, and the staff were friendly. The rooftop restaurant and terrace have panoramic views over Salzburg and the surrounding Alps. Parking was very convenient, and the hotel gave us a public transport pass that made getting into Salzburg easy, though the bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff could have been warmer, which disappointed us. The mini bar also costs extra. Still, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I’d recommend it for its stylish atmosphere.

The sealant where the two surfaces meet was done nicely. But the transparent bathroom glass facing the room, and vice versa, was a terrible idea. The hotel is at the edge of the city, though there are two bus stops about seven minutes away.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant really stood out, with delicious food and staff who were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The area wasn't crowded, but there were no shops or convenience stores nearby, which was frustrating with no kettle or bottled water in the room. The nearest bus station was within walking distance, and we could redeem free public transport passes, which was convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lighting and bathroom design were confusing, and the bathroom lacked privacy. There was no kettle. At breakfast, one plate we picked up had what looked like lettuce on it, and it had just been brought out. The plates were disgusting.

The hotel is some distance from Salzburg, with parking on site. It's new, so everything still looks bright and shiny. The restaurant on the top floor was great, and the food was good quality.
