In winter you're right on the slopes, with beautiful snowy scenery, and in summer it's a great base for hikes and family outings. The apartments are modern, cozy, and tastefully furnished in a practical way, so you feel at home straight away. Everything is kept in excellent condition, with lots of care in the details. The staff are consistently helpful, friendly, and courteous. You can tell hospitality matters here.

The view across Serfaus is breathtaking, and the hosts are attentive and welcoming. Our apartment at Platöll Homes was comfortable, very well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

We felt right at home at Platöll Homes, with a lovely view of the village and mountains. The hosts were friendly and always available. Our apartment was very clean, fully equipped, and furnished to a high standard. A fantastic place to stay in Serfaus.

We felt at home throughout the whole property, not just in our apartment. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the view over Serfaus was beautiful. The apartments are high quality, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious and functionally furnished, and the central location with the subway close by was very convenient. There was more carpet in the building than we liked. As for the owner, we would have appreciated a little more friendliness. It didn't feel much like hospitality.
