The breakfast has a huge range of options, all tasty, and the staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is ideally placed for skiing Serfaus: the three main gondolas are a couple hundred yards away, and the underground railway is less than a hundred yards away. There’s a large locker for skis and gear just across the street. We spent the first week of March 2026 here and couldn’t have asked for a better boutique hotel. Definitely recommend the cheese fondue at the accompanying restaurant.

We loved the location, comfort, food and staff during our two-week January ski holiday in Serfaus at Hotel Gabriela. The Juniorsuite has a generous balcony and the best mountain and slope views, so I warmly recommend it. We’ve already booked a similar room for next year.

The lifts are right next to the hotel, and the arrangements across the street are really convenient: free lockers, plus discounts on ski rental and passes, all handled in the same spot. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and kind. The restaurant is good too, especially the cheese fondue, though you need to book that in advance. We had a fantastic week at Gabriela Hotel and will be back. Thanks a lot. :-)

We’d reserved the restaurant months ahead and pre-ordered cheese fondue, but when we arrived they said a “glitch” in the system meant there was none for us. Since it was their mistake, we expected some compensation, but got nothing. The service was really, really bad, and the staff weren’t friendly at all. The red-haired woman in particular was awful. I wouldn’t recommend coming here!!!
