Serfaus is an ideal location, close to the lifts and near the U Station Kirche, and we’ll certainly return. It’s very much a hotel for kids, though parents can enjoy it too. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with separate kids’ rooms, and the all-inclusive food was spectacular at every meal, far better than just okay. Matis behind the bar, along with Juan Carlos and Markus, the servers assigned to our table, made our stay special and treated us so well. Kudos to them! 10/10.

This was our second year here, and we already look forward to coming back for a third. The location is excellent for getting to the slopes, and the facilities are fantastic. We loved the swimming pool, and getting to the neighboring hotel Lowe was easy and seamless. The pirate park at Hotel Lowe is brilliant and very easy to use. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Reception staff were always friendly and ready to help. The food was generally good, though more variety at the children's buffet would be welcome. We also felt the childcare staff were a bit less enthusiastic than on our previous visit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The whole experience was relaxing and really enjoyable. Everything we ate was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, easily five-star food. I had a great stay at this resort and would happily come back. Definitely recommend it.

The kids club was such a highlight that our children kept asking when they could go back. We could drop them off whenever it suited us without planning the day ages in advance, which I’ve never experienced before. It’s clearly set up with children in mind, and they were happy every day. The staff were patient, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, with plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole family feel cared for. The room had little dressing gowns for the children, and there was a baby pack with kids' soap and cream. We couldn’t have asked for a more family-friendly stay and would happily return. We all had a fantastic time, though my daughter was upset all day when we had to leave.

The ski resort was fine for getting children started in snowsports. Its pistes are very kid-friendly, the ski depots at the base are well set up, and even in the busiest week it didn’t feel too crowded. If you’re an avid alpinist used to the high Alps, for example French resorts, it might not be the best fit. For giving kids that real winter sports feeling and getting them onboard, it’s all the more suitable. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Bar. The staff were attentive, the room was nice, and the spa was great for late afternoons. The kids had a lot of fun in the kidsroom, climbing and playing on the football court.
