All Suite Residence Kühtai

The apartments are lovely and have everything you need, but the stay had some frustrating little gaps. We were seven people for three days and got only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Asking the landlord for more felt like a fight. There was no toothbrush mug, and soap and shower gel were small and limited. A baby bed also costs extra. Our first-floor apartment had no view at all. It could be a great place if these details were improved.

The apartments are nicely finished, though their size and outlook can differ a lot. The location in Kühtai is good and close to the lifts, but it isn't truly ski-in, ski-out. We requested a particular unit, and it was confirmed as available when we booked, then later switched to another one. Staff, including the resort leadership, handled and communicated the change very poorly, which left us dissatisfied.

Review 08/2023 = SUMMER ACCOMMODATION, BUILDING COMPLETELY EMPTY 1. BUILDING - Stunning views of the surrounding area - Elevator in the building - Free parking across from or around the resort - The main entrance isn't secured. It can't be closed or blocked, so anyone can come in and use the facilities - Sauna area is closed for most of the year, April-December - Extra fee of 4 eur/person (Ortstaxe/Kurort), regardless of season 2. SURROUNDINGS Places open in summer: - Kühtaier Dorfstadl, indoor and outdoor seating, breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Almhof Mareil, special traditional local food, dancing, and music events on Fridays and Sundays - Drei Seen Bahn cable car, 17eur/person for a one-way ride up - No open food market, bakery, or similar nearby, so bring your own supplies 3. SELF CHECK-IN - Two sets of pin-code boxes, white and black, on the wall by the entrance - Only one key set for seven people, with one apartment key and one electricity card - Pin-code provided only after paying the special fee - No reception or staff member on site 4. APARTMENT FOR SEVEN PEOPLE, 3 ROOMS, 1 COUCH Our apartment was in a completely empty resort, with a concrete wall as the main view. - One complimentary bottle of wine and one bottle of water for seven people - High-quality kitchen appliances, complimentary ground coffee, paper filters, liquid dish soap, sponge, and plastic garbage bags - One large bathroom with its own window, inside a room for two people, with two toilet rolls and one hairdryer - One small service bathroom for the other five people, no working ventilation, two toilet rolls, no hairdryer - No extra pillows or blankets available - No direct mountain views, despite the apartment being advertised with "Bergblick". Only limited, restricted side views - Terrace faces a tall, large concrete wall. One table, two regular chairs, and two loungers, so only four people can actually use the area - One small flat-screen TV - No luggage support or storage in the rooms, so all our things were left on the floor - Floor heating - No drapes, just big, heavy curtains - Wi-Fi was weak and unstable

The view from flat 001 is outstanding. For skiing, it's an amazing spot: you can pretty much step outside, put on your skis or snowboard, and head straight for the slopes.
