It's a nice resort for families with kids, and getting to the slopes is easy since they're nearby. The all-inclusive deal is good as long as you're not expecting Michelin-star food. Lunch let us down a bit, while breakfast and dinner were okay. We also liked having snacks at tea time after skiing. The rooms felt a little old, and the shower water came out rusty. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The beer, wine, tea, coffee, and soft drinks on tap were all good quality, and the staff were so welcoming. Fanni at reception was possibly the friendliest and most helpful receptionist I've ever met! We found the hotel relaxing, with great hospitality, food, and location. You can't ski straight out, but you can ski back to the door. A real gem.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel is easy to reach from the slopes. The restaurant is good, and the chef clearly puts effort into how the food is presented. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The one issue was the heating: sometimes it made the room too hot, other times too cold, so that needs work. I can recommend the hotel.

Friendly staff, great food, and a lovely pool made this a great hotel. Breakfast was a buffet, lunch had four courses, and dinner had five. There's also a nice little spa, and you can ski right back to the hotel door. :)

Epic fail. For the price, the comfort just wasn't there. In the suite, we got a sofa bed instead of a proper bed, and it cost more than two rooms. The design was awful and the toilet smelled bad. Worst four-star hotel in the EU.
