Kuhtai is a peaceful little town and a great place to get away from the daily grind. We found the hotel very family friendly, with quite spacious rooms. The family hit week offer was even better than we expected.

The food was really tasty, and the staff made the stay even better. They were friendly, super helpful, and accommodating. The location is convenient, and parking the car was easy too. I loved it.

We were asked to pay before we’d even tried the food, and the service felt bad. We were on vacation to relax, not feel rushed. The hot chocolate was awful and expensive. The rooms smelled of smoke, the beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets were dirty.

We had a great meal at the restaurant on the slopes, with lots of tasty dishes to choose from. The setting has fantastic views and a warm, welcoming feel. Staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling. Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend it!

The buffet was a real highlight, delicious and with a huge selection. We also found the staff super friendly and helpful. It’s easy to get to the cable cars, and parking was convenient. We had a very good stay.
