We travelled as a family, and the service made the trip. At check-in, the friendly receptionist offered to arrange lift passes for the whole group, and when we left they split the bill for us. The food was as good as expected, and the service was even better. The hotel isn't within walking distance of the lift, but that didn't bother us. Buses come every ten minutes, and the ride takes just two minutes. Everything else about our stay was lovely. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a four-star hotel in a five-star ski resort. Just go.

Dinner was especially good, and the spa was great, with saunas, a jacuzzi, and a pool. The hotel is very well kept, the rooms are large, clean, and nicely decorated, and it has all the amenities. Service was amazing, and the location is handy, just three bus stops from Gaislachkogelbahn.

We had a fantastic stay in Sölden. Our room and the restaurant both had a lovely open view, and the hotel is right by a ski bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, the sauna and pool areas were relaxing, and the restaurant served amazing food.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to children. The pool and relaxation area had everything we needed, and both meals were a treat: the breakfast buffet had all kinds of fresh food, and dinner was just as good. Everything about our stay felt perfect. Thank you so much.
