Mrs. Falkner was friendly and cheerful throughout, and the bread delivery service worked perfectly. We stayed in apartment TOP-4, which had recently been renovated and was very clean. The slopes are only 50 meters away, and we'd definitely come back.

Still top-notch, as always. The rooms are modern and up to date, with everything you need. Cleanliness, service, friendliness, and the rooms all get five stars from me. Thanks for being there.

We found everything we needed in the apartment, right down to salt, pepper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and even baking paper. There was a dishwasher, plus a clothes rack and hooks on the balcony. The booking process, with its automated emails and Wi-Fi codes, felt very professional, and the owner was really friendly. Our apartment was even more modern than the website photos suggested. The location is fantastic: cross the street and you're on the slopes beside the gondola. The one real downside was the Wi-Fi, which dropped out quite often. The detailed recycling setup may bother some people, but we're used to doing that at home. A top-notch place to stay.

We've loved coming back here in both summer and winter. Elfie and Waltraud are so friendly, sociable, and fun, and they always have great tips, whether you're looking for summer hikes or winter ski tours. Many thanks to them!
