Zoltan and Sven at the bar were brilliant, always making sure we had a drink when we got back from skiing. They’re a real credit to the hotel. The receptionist was a huge help too, there every day from dawn to dusk, and we’re grateful for all her help. We were travelling with our 3 month old, and a cot and kettle for bottles were ready as soon as we checked in. Room no. 206 was lovely and spacious, with a fresh, modern bathroom. The stay itself was wonderful, and the food was delicious, but dinner was the one letdown. All 4 of us left hungry, even though we enjoyed the taste. The salad bar was boring, had very limited items, and never changed. There’s only so much tuna you can eat, and the rest of the meal barely filled a mouse. We went to a pizza place on our last night and left full and satisfied. That’s why I’ve given 4 stars.

We really enjoyed our week at Bellevue and hope to come back. The hotel makes getting to the slopes easy: it’s a short walk, then you can ski down to the gondola station. Bus stops for Hochgurgl and Solden are also just a little way away. The staff were attentive and efficient, and even helped get my backpack back after I left it at a mountain restaurant. Our twin room with balcony had stunning views and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with an interesting, varied menu each night. The spa was lovely, and the outdoor pool with its mountain views was a treat.

There was plenty for me to choose from as a vegetarian, and the food was generous, varied, and exceptionally well made. Meal times were especially warm and attentive, and the woman at reception seemed to know everything and was always wonderfully helpful. Our group of friends spent just under a week here on a ski trip, and it was delightful. The hotel has spacious rooms, a large bar and a balcony looking over the village and mountains, plus a fantastic spa with a beautiful outdoor pool. There’s also a ski locker room, and it’s ski in/out. I couldn’t find anything to fault. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were the highlight of our wonderful week. They were so friendly with my 4 year old son and did everything they could to make sure we had what we needed. I didn't manage to thank them before we left, but I'm really grateful for their hospitality. My son is still talking about them and is desperate to go back. The room was spotless, the facilities amazing, and the food incredible. Thank you so much.
