What made our week at Burghotel special was how kind and welcoming Daniel, Petra, Michelle and the rest of the staff were. They arranged everything we asked for, and even gave the room cleaning a personal touch by neatly arranging my kids' teddy bears. We felt very welcome and well looked after. We were eight people, my family and a friend's family, staying in two large family rooms. The rooms were great, the food was great, and there was a nice sauna. The location worked perfectly too, right by the lift to the hochgurgle ski area and the bus to Sölden. If we come back to the area, this will be the first place I check for availability. Thank you!

The food was incredible, and being close to a ski gondola made the location ideal. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made the stay feel magical. They even made my birthday here extra special. The hotel itself is fantastic, with wonderful amenities. Thank you to all the staff and owners. I'd highly recommend staying here!

We really looked forward to the evening salad buffet each day. It was outstanding, everything was fresh, and there was a good choice of main courses. Breakfast was also one of the better ones we've had in Austria. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Our room was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The gondola station is only 100 meters away, which suited us perfectly. When there's enough snow, we think you can ski right to the ski storage room inside. This place deserves an extra star, and we'll be back next year.

We’ll definitely come back. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are nicely furnished and feel new. The host family is very friendly and service minded, and the food is fantastic, always fresh, high quality, and homemade.

After skiing, there are delicious cakes and a drink waiting, then the sauna and steam room help revive your limbs before dinner. The evening meal is always beautifully presented and served with a personal touch, and the whole place is kept pristine. Daniel, Petra and family hosted us for another great week. Breakfast was fantastic, and the slopes are just a short walk away. Danke Schön to everyone. Hopefully we'll join the many guests who return again!
