Chalet Alpine Lodge Sölden

October snow even down in the valley was a lovely bonus, and we'll be back! We had a fantastic holiday at A Casa Granat. Two families, seven people in all, had plenty of room. The chalet had four bedrooms, each with three double beds and two single beds. It was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well stocked, with a huge oven, four in total, a six-burner cooktop, a Miele coffee machine, and new dishes. We didn't want to eat out because of the COVID situation, but we never lacked anything. On our last evening we ordered pizza from the village, and it arrived hot and right on time, in just 20 minutes. Amazing! There were two private parking spaces right outside. Downstairs, the living room had a fireplace, along with two bathrooms with showers. The master bathroom was off the master bedroom, and there was another toilet upstairs. The chalet spans three floors. Upstairs had a roomy kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a large dining space with eight seats, and one of the three large balconies. The lighting was a little unusual, with lots of dimmer switches, and it felt somewhat dim upstairs in the evenings. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. We felt incredibly comfortable.
