Edelweiss And Gurgl

The boot room, decor, spa, food, service, and location were all superb. After more than 50 years of skiing, this was easily my most enjoyable ski hotel stay. My family and I loved it, and we’ll come back. Many thanks 🙏

The staff and kitchen made this stay special. Everyone was friendly and happy to handle any needs, including allergies or vegan food, and every course was excellent without exception. Special thanks to Niklas, who was always entertaining, and Christian, who was caring and gave great service. The rooms were clean and nice, and the beautiful surroundings have plenty of places you can reach on foot. The mountains here aren’t as scarred by ski tracks as they are in Sölden. We’ll definitely be back next year :)

The Perrier Jouet rose made a perfect aperitif. Dinner was excellent, beautifully presented, and came with great wine.

I spent three nights here on my first visit to Obergurgl, hiking and doing some via ferratas. It’s a real gem, with all the conveniences, a lovely spa, and excellent breakfast and dinner. I’d booked half board, and the staff were extremely service minded. Anna-Maria at reception was outstanding in the support and service she gave me. It’s such a shame so few people come here in summer. I’ll certainly return. Very good value for money, and I can only say: go here.
