The bedroom was fine and the place was clean, though nothing fancy. Our living room felt colder and less cozy. My brother’s family had a much nicer room, so the standard seems to vary. It’s a bit too far to walk to the lifts in ski boots, so you’ll need the ski bus or a car. Parking at the lifts is free.

A warm, homey place right in the center of Sölden. The host was friendly, and breakfast was generous.

The balcony view was lovely, and the TV was small but fine. We were five people and found the apartment perfectly adequate for four nights. It feels very modern and almost new, with an elevator and parking right outside. The indoor pool Freizeit-Arena, Giggijochbahn ski lift, and après-ski bars schirmbar, fire & ice, Marco and others are all within walking distance. The kitchen is small and could use better equipment, especially a few larger pots and a taller frying pan. The beds are very soft, though that comes down to personal taste.
