From booking right through checkout, the whole experience was wonderfully smooth. We arrived in the morning already dressed for skiing. Mate was super friendly, unloaded our car, took our skis to the boot room and parked the car. We got a key card to enter the building, and by the time we came off the slopes, our luggage had been brought up to our room. The spa area was lovely, with enough loungers in a separate room overlooking the slope. There was a nicely prepared afternoon snack buffet and a great dinner, with David serving us professionally and with a good sense of fun. At checkout, there was an issue splitting the bill. The attentive receptionist could see we wanted to get back out skiing, so she said she’d sort it and have the bill ready when we returned. While we had a farewell drink with our friends, our cars were brought round and loaded for us. What a wonderfully flawless weekend. Thanks, guys. It’s great to see this kind of hospitality is still possible “at home” in Tyrol.

After a full day on the slopes, the outdoor pool with its mountain views was a treat. We also appreciated the easy lift access, good food, and friendly staff. At reception they gave us a drink while our bags were brought up, a lovely Austrian welcome. Breakfast was included, as it should be. The atmosphere felt relaxed. Just be aware of the age limit.

The spa, pool, and sauna made it easy to unwind after skiing, and the gondola was only a short walk away. Staff were friendly and the food was great. A really good base for a week on the slopes.

The resort bus stop and ski school are right nearby, which was handy. We also enjoyed the food and service, plus the pool and sauna area for relaxing after a long ski day. The staff were lovely, especially Claudia and Kata!

We’ve just come back for our second year and are already planning a third. The adults-only setup was a real plus for a quality ski holiday, and the team were friendly and attentive, taking care of every detail. The hotel was immaculate, with a stunning spa and outstanding food. Wine is on the expensive side, around €40 a bottle and up on average, though it was served with plenty of care. Hard to see why this isn’t rated five stars.
