A lovely place in a lovely location, but it could use a new toaster, a fan-assisted oven, laundry, and slightly brighter lights.

The landlords are so friendly, personable, and accommodating, and the location is excellent. It's only a few minutes on foot to the ski lift and ski storage, and après-ski is walkable too. The downside is that the house doesn't warm up properly. If you're ill, that doesn't help you recover. Apart from that, everything was fantastic! 🙏🏼

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and they answered questions promptly. They even supplied charcoal for the barbecue, and the grill is great. Everything was spotless when we arrived, including the bed linen. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and dishes for a group, plus a dishwasher, though cooking for 18 on the electric four-burner stove is a challenge. A second way to cook without using wood would be useful. This is basic but functional accommodation for up to 18 people. The house can be heated with small electric stoves, but the group room would need wood heating, which we didn't use. It's very noisy, too, so if someone goes to the bathroom, the whole house can hear it. There is a large kitchen-living room for everyone and a group room, and the place is close to the center of Sölden with easy car access. The parking lot is tiny, really only for two cars, though two more can fit in the driveway. It's affordable and comfortable enough for a week, and definitely suitable for a school class.
