Petra was so helpful and welcoming, and her brother Mike and her son were just as warm and friendly. We had a wonderful 11-day stay at Haus Seppl. The hotel was clean and well kept, and Petra even gave us a lovely gift. It’s true ski-in, ski-out accommodation for intermediate skiers, with the Red run right in front. That slope is too steep and narrow for beginners. As a beginner myself, I found the free shuttle bus very convenient. It stops 20m away and takes skiers to and from the Gigijoch gondola in 10 minutes. I hope to stay here again next ski season. Thank you, Petra!

We had a super friendly welcome when we stayed here for the ötztaler radmarathon. Everything was explained clearly at check-in, and on race day they even served us a generous breakfast at 5 in the morning. We could keep our bikes in a locked room. The apartments were very clean and spacious, the hostess was so friendly, and the price and quality were top notch. Simply great, we’ll definitely come back!

The accommodation was great: tidy, lockable bike storage, breakfast, roomy rooms, good cleanliness, parking, trails nearby, and comfortable beds. The house rules are strictly enforced, though, and that made us feel a little patronized. I suspect the hostess has had quite a few bad experiences with guests. Still, nothing else to complain about, so 4 stars.
