A small hotel with a great breakfast, good service, and competitive prices. It’s just 2-3 minutes on foot from the slope, and the spa has three different saunas. Highly recommended!

We arrived around 7pm after driving all day, having booked late, and couldn’t check in. We managed to sort things out at the fantastic restaurant and got a room, but otherwise we would have had to sleep in the van. I found the situation unprofessional. What made it worse was getting no reply to my email or voicemail, and no apology at all. Don’t take the risk, don’t book.

The hosts are kind and friendly, and there’s a cute Italian restaurant right next door, though you’ll want to book a table. The property is well maintained but old fashioned, and close to the Gigiljochbahn slope. It’s not quite ski in and out, but the walk takes about five minutes. The spa is easy to reach and lovely, with a few nice options and a room with sun beds for relaxing. One drawback is breakfast doesn’t start until 7:45 am, so it’s hard to catch the first lifts for early skiing. I think starting even 15 minutes earlier could make a difference.

The retro decor is gorgeous, with lots of original details, and everything was sparkling clean. We could leave our bikes safely in the basement. The views were stunning, and the owner was super friendly and helpful, with plenty of tips for exploring the area. We’ll be back!
