This past week was a terrible experience. There was no room service or linen change, and the host wouldn’t accommodate our needs. I could only use the pool after 4 if I had booked ahead, and she kept coming to check on us. We were also only allowed to wear bikinis, something that hadn’t been mentioned earlier. She harassed the kids until they were scared of her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We expected a pleasant holiday but came away disappointed with the hostess. From arrival, we felt she wanted us gone as soon as possible. Two highchairs had been promised, but two families had to share one, and the children were frightened by how often she checked on them. She even threatened to call the police while they were innocently playing on the grass around the house. There was no cleaning or linen change, despite the contract saying there would be. The contract also said pool access started at 7 AM, but we were only allowed in from 16.00. We were blamed for breaking a lock we couldn't access, and felt discriminated against when she said she hoped we wouldn't return next year. We won't, and we don't recommend staying here.

We couldn't do anything without it becoming a problem, even though we'd done nothing wrong, and the host was very cold. She only let us use the pool from 4pm, despite the stated 7am opening, and neither the apartment nor the linen got cleaned or changed. She also told us that “our type of people should not come back to her hotel.” A terrible host. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with children.

At hotel appart Peter, the host blamed us for breaking things we hadn't broken and said we'd left a mess, though we left the place very clean. We also had no cleaning service, despite it being promised in the contract. I felt harassed, and from the start it seemed the hostess wanted us out as soon as possible. Pool access was limited to 4 till 8 in the afternoon, even though the contract said it was open from 7.00 in the morning. Overall, I was rather disappointed.
