The sauna and relaxation room were nice, though there’s no swimming pool. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and we liked the shampoo provided in the shower. Breakfast had a great selection of healthy food. The owners were so kind and welcoming, which made our stay really pleasant. It’s close to everything. We couldn’t ski, unfortunately, but there was still plenty to do. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We ended up leaving for another hotel, though our first impression had been positive: a gentleman welcomed us warmly in the morning and helped us change in the ski room before heading to the mountain. We came back that afternoon to check in and learned the wellness area was closed that day. That was a big disappointment, since it was the main reason I chose the place. I had found it on booking.com and then called directly using Google Maps, so I didn’t think to check the hotel website for a closure. The woman, probably the owner, said the information was there. I checked booking.com twice and couldn’t find it there. When I started looking for another hotel, she became rude and suggested I wasn’t going to pay, as if I already knew the spa was closed. My reservation allowed payment at check-in, and I was willing to pay then, but she told me to go elsewhere, so I did. I asked several times if everything was okay with her. After two days of driving and a full day on the slopes, we’d just hoped for some understanding about wanting to relax in the sauna. If I ran a business, I’d switch it on for guests or ask for an extra 20 Eur to use it on that particular day. She seemed upset from the start, and I don’t know why. I own two restaurants, and this kind of treatment wouldn’t meet my standards. We found a hotel with a sauna, pool and very good service for just 50 Eur more for two nights, so I don’t understand why we couldn’t reach some kind of deal. Instead, the interaction was stressful. I can’t recommend this place because of the lack of sympathy from the woman, who may have been the owner.

Everything feels new and is decorated with taste, and the walk to Giggijochbahn takes about seven minutes. Breakfast was delicious, definitely the best part of the day. Absolutely wonderful!

The owners were professional and kind, the rooms were nice, and the wellness area was a great place to relax.
