The food was superb, with plenty of classic Austrian and Tyrolean dishes. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the ski bus stops outside. There is a ski garage and a good boot room. Rooms are a little basic, but clean and tidy, with good linen.

The food was varied and lovely, though served a little earlier than I prefer. The hosts and staff were welcoming, and the hotel was immaculate. Rooms are basic, but very clean and have everything you need: the comfiest beds, a powerful shower and extras like robes. It's quiet and only a short walk from Soll, with a bus stop outside. Just book it, you won't be disappointed.

Dinner deserves a special mention: every evening we had three or four carefully prepared courses at restaurant level, with an exceptional selection from the owner and chef. Breakfast had a great range too, and even the salad bar had a few ensalada mixta surprises. The family hosts were wonderful and attentive, and their passion shows in all the details. The hotel is incredibly clean, with great facilities. Rooms are comfortable and functional in the Austrian tradition; apartments are spacious and have fully equipped kitchenettes. The gym and wellbeing centre and the natural outdoor pool were both fabulous after skiing. It's a short walk to the lifts and town, and well placed for winter and summer sports. The number of returning guests speaks to its quality. This superb family-run hotel sets an example to others, and deserves six stars.

Three generations of the family help create a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and it was a real pleasure to stay here. The traditional food was plentiful and delicious. This impeccable family-run hotel is conveniently placed for the ski buses and village centre.
