It’s a family-owned hotel with a multigenerational tradition of excellence, and they really know how to make service personal. Every detail was looked after, from when we first got in touch to book until checkout. The room, food, spa and location were all A+. We travel often as a family, and I’d put this among the top five hotels I’ve stayed at, and probably my best ski resort stay. I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t give it 5 of 5.

Just got back from a ski trip, and we were very happy customers. The rooms were super comfy, and the shower gel and lotion were really nice. Everything was clean, the food was good, and there was always a vegetarian choice at dinner. The child’s menu was great too, and if my son didn’t like something, he could get an alternative. Kamil was our allocated waiter and did a fabulous job looking after us through the holiday. Nothing to moan about. I’d definitely stay again, and recommend the hotel to everyone. Thanks to all the staff for making it great.

I visited for the day and used the spa, which was clean, had good amenities and was worth the price. The massage was a different story. The masseuse talked politics and apparently called the EU ‘bull….’. I paid for 50 minutes but got only 37, a significant difference, and then he pointedly asked me for a tip. It wasn’t the experience I’d hoped for, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was exceptional on our half-board stay, with a great buffet breakfast and four choices at dinner each evening. You do have to choose your dinner at breakfast. Staff were helpful, pleasant and good. It’s a true family-run business and a great base for both skiing and walking. The lack of a night porter could be an issue if you come in late. They’re closing for four months in March to extend the pool and wellness area and add more accommodation. We’ll be back.
