Residenz Theresa

We've come back twice now and have had a great stay each time. The terrace has a beautiful view, and the accommodation is well equipped, with a sauna, washing machine and dryer. Check-in and checkout were easy too. We'll definitely return!

We stayed in the Marigold room, which was very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, but we missed having a freezer compartment for our ice packs so we could take Tyrolean specialties with us. We bought ice cubes at the nearby supermarket instead. There was a coffee machine for capsules or filter coffee, a kettle, and a washing machine and dryer. From the small, lovely balcony you could see the Bergdoktor (Mountain Doctor) house. The area was very quiet, with hardly any traffic noise. The bus stop was close by, and the Kaiserjet bus took you practically everywhere. Opposite the hotel there was a small farm shop. The staff were very friendly, and check-in and checkout by email or phone were straightforward. There's also a children's playground, garden and barbecue area with sun loungers.

The flower-filled balcony is a lovely spot to relax, and the apartment has plenty of storage. Everything is beautifully furnished and spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen. The sofa bed felt like a proper bed thanks to its very comfortable topper. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. My questions beforehand were answered quickly and courteously. Highly recommended!

We were delighted with our stay at Residenz Theresa in Söll. The apartment was immaculately clean and well maintained, and its warm, cozy feel made us comfortable right away. The location is hard to beat, close to the centre and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions. With the Wilder Kaiser mountain range around us, it's also a great base for hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped for cooking full meals, the living room had a cozy place to unwind after an active day, and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a modern shower and what we needed for daily care. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it for its comfort, cleanliness, location and amenities. We'll definitely be back!
