The rooms feel a little dated in that familiar German/Austrian way, though that's part of their charm. What really stood out was how friendly the hostess and her husband were. They helped whenever we needed something and were always happy to stop for a chat. The views are amazing, and there are all sorts of animals wandering around, including peacocks, llamas, and cows. A great place to visit.

I couldn't wait to leave from the moment I arrived, and I was relieved that I did. The place is extremely remote, the service was awful, and the staff were unbelievably unfriendly. There was literally no hot water. I'd advise everyone to stay away.

The landlady was nice, but room 320 had an opening that smelled like rotten eggs. We were told to leave a window open the whole time. I was there with my class.

The only thing I liked was the view. I went on a school ski trip and was glad to get back home: the rooms were dirty, moldy, and disgusting, and the bathroom was so revolting I worried about getting athlete's foot in the shower. The food seemed unhygienic and dirty, with little insects in the salad, and the cutlery was unbelievable. Staff were arrogant and very unfriendly. The whole hotel felt neglected, there was no privacy, and there were no shops.
