The staff were wonderful and did everything they could to help, even calling to change restaurant reservations for us. Our triple room at Arlen Lodge was clean and had loads of space. Breakfast had a very nice selection, even though the room itself isn’t large. It gets quite warm in there, so leave the ski gear off. The boot room is great, but we rented a locker at the shop next to the Gondola for convenience. Would definitely recommend the place.

The staff are what made Arlen Lodge Hotel special for us. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to and ready to help. Chiara even stayed late to greet us after our long journey and made sure we had what we needed to get the vacation started smoothly. Our room was comfortable, spacious and well kept, and the sauna facilities were just right after a full day on the mountain. The location made ski days easy too, with direct access to a slope that connects to the nearest gondola. We felt at home right away and would absolutely return to St. Anton. Highly recommended!

Annalisa and the team are the real highlight of Arlen Lodge. Before our first trip to Arlberg, Annalisa shared lots of useful information and worked hard to fit our group in. She welcomed us personally, helped plan our days, arranged ski tickets, whether bought individually or through Epic, and gave us tips on where to ski and eat. She also made sure we knew the bus schedules and gondola timing. The other staff were knowledgeable and helpful too, including the person who pointed us to the secret parking area in Lech. For a first visit to this huge resort, the crew really helped us find our way around. Thanks again, Annalisa. I hope to see you next time we come to Arlberg. We stayed in late January and early February 2026, with six other guys for our annual week-long international ski trip. The Lodge is charming, comfortable and well located, about 20m from a ski-out spot and around 100m from the ski-in location. Number 4 bus stops right at the door and takes 10 minutes to or from downtown St. Anton. Breakfast was fantastic and satisfied all of us each morning. Laundry costs US$20 for a moderately sized bag, folded and delivered to your room within 24 hours. There’s separate ski storage, plus a comfortable lounge for changing boots and enjoying hotel-provided strudel and coffee at the end of the day. It’s not in the middle of downtown, but we could walk to several excellent nearby restaurants in under ten minutes.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and freshly cooked eggs. The restaurant across the street was fantastic, and the lifts were conveniently close. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable, with great beds, and the staff, including the owner and her team who were always onsite, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Laundry service was handy too, since St. Anton didn’t have self-service laundry facilities. We highly recommend a stay at Arlen Lodge.

The wellness area is small but very good. It has a steam room, sauna, cold plunge tub, two showers and an infrared room we didn’t use. The Zen room has loungers, towels and water, making it a nice place to cool down. Breakfast was great, with everything we needed at the bar. The bread was to die for, and I was happy to find cottage cheese and fruit, which I love for breakfast. Maybe that’s because Annalisa is half American. I hadn’t seen cottage cheese served anywhere else in Europe. The ski room is convenient and makes it easy to get gear in and out. Skiing back along the snowy path behind the Lodge is the way to go when there’s enough snow. You can walk right in the back door to the locker room. We picked Arlen Lodge because it was one of the few places where we could use our EPIC pass. Looking at the map and pictures beforehand, we thought it might be a long walk to the slopes and town and that it could be dated. Those worries turned out to be unfounded. We stayed five days in mid-February and really enjoyed it. The Lodge is cozy, with charming and interesting art Annalisa bought or collected from her past. Our room was updated, comfortable, clean and well appointed, with a little fridge and boiler that my tea-loving wife appreciated. The bathrobes were luxurious and perfect for the wellness area. Our only issue was that the room felt warm at night and we couldn’t find an obvious way to adjust the heat. Leaving the window open worked, though we heard some traffic because of which way our room faced. After 12 days skiing in the Dolomites and attending the Olympics, we’d stayed at two other hotels and wondered if we’d be tired of hotels by then. Instead, Arlen was a relaxing change from larger, busier places. On arrival, Annalisa gave us the key information about the area and especially the mountain. It was our first time in St. Anton, and her advice on approaching the mountain was spot on. She always made time to share her knowledge, even when busy, and helped us book several dinners we couldn’t get ourselves. They were all fantastic. If she isn’t available, there’s also a room book packed with useful information about the Arlen and St. Anton area. The Lodge is close to the Nasserein gondola, about a 10-minute walk. We walked there every day to reach the mountain, and from there it was easy to access and ski the whole area. Annalisa showed us a way to ski part of the way back, then walk along the snow path instead of the road. Town is an easy walk too. We liked the quieter location, away from the crowds and noise, and the nearby restaurants were convenient.
