Apartment Sabrina

We enjoyed the beautiful, relaxing view and it was pleasant to sit on the balcony or terrace in the evening, even though it's quite dated. The apartment suits two adults and one child, with a clean kitchen and a nice shower bathroom. Inside, we missed a toaster and smaller lights for a cozier feel, since there were only bright ceiling lights. There were pet hairs all over the terrace, which we tracked inside on our shoes. The common room has games, but wasn't completely clean. Guests can use the outdoor area with toys, seating, and a grill. The grill grates hadn't been cleaned by the previous guests, so we had to do a lot of cleaning before grilling. We couldn't sit outside either, because the seat cushions were grimy and the table was dirty and sticky. I assume the cushions are left out in all weather. They need a solution so people can use the outdoor space properly.

The view was nice, but the rest of the property felt badly neglected. The bathroom had mold, the mattresses sagged, and the pillows were so old and lumpy they couldn't be used. The duvet cover was torn and the sheets had holes. In the sleeping area, there were no baseboards, and the exposed wall was an unhealthy brown. The old balcony had peeling paint and damaged baseboards, with empty flower boxes full of dried soil. The bedroom lamp was broken too, and the garbage container was overflowing. For the price, this place wasn't worth it.

The apartment smelled musty and moldy, and seemed not to have been cleaned. There was also a broken chair we couldn't use. Since we'd already paid, it was a shame, but we were so disappointed that we chose not to stay overnight. Wouldn't recommend it.

The renovated interior looks lovely, and the landlords are really friendly and quick to respond. The location is excellent, with private parking. I also finally found a TV with the features I want, like mirroring my phone screen, which even most hotels lack. Great value for money.
