Appartement Schwarz

We had such a lovely time there, and the service was about as good as it gets. The people were warm and welcoming. We went a year ago and will definitely return, and recommend it to all my friends.

The view and the Appartements were both lovely. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

Tanja was always friendly and easy to contact whenever we needed something. The apartment, Manggei, was beautifully furnished, with modern, roomy rooms, a great bathroom and a nicely sized shower. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, from dishes and utensils to basic spices, and breakfast rolls were delivered without a hitch. We were four people and spent three nights here last weekend. The slopes are a 2-3 minute walk away, and when there's enough snow, you can ski behind the house, then go just 20 meters to the ski room. Each apartment has its own lock there. We also loved the lovely fragrances in the entrance and bathroom. We'd happily come back, and St. Johann visitors looking for a good stay should be pleased here.

Manggei worked well for our group of up to four. It was roomy, clean and supplied with the basics, including sheets, towels and tea towels, and we slept comfortably. The bread roll delivery was a welcome extra. There's covered parking for each apartment and a private lockable ski room. The slope is about a four-minute walk away, with the option to ski back when snow conditions allow. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Do bring them chocolate sprinkles and hot chocolate if you book, they'll be delighted! It's a really good place to stay, and we'd return.
