The restaurant and its hosts made a great impression on us, and the service covered everything our family needed and more. We also loved the beautiful interior and lighting. There’s a spa with several saunas, a steam room, and a pool with amazing views. You can ski straight from the door in the St Johann Mountains, and we’ll be back every year.

Skiing was easy here, with direct access to the slopes and a well-equipped ski room. The surrounding area has wide, well-prepared pistes. After a day out, we could unwind in the spa, which has a good range of saunas, or enjoy the rooftop restaurant’s delicious food and striking setting. Our suite was spacious and bright, with a balcony and panoramic mountain views. Waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The service was warm, attentive, and caring from the moment we arrived. Haven Mountain Retreat exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to return.

We really enjoyed the mountain views from the pool and restaurant, and the staff were very friendly. Our apartment was modern and spotless, in a beautiful setting. The hotel’s service was excellent, and we appreciated all the free admissions and activities included with our stay.

Decr7 restaurant is amazing. It’s brand new and feels very luxurious, yet quiet. It sits right on the ski slopes by the Gernkogelbahn 6-seater lift.

The hotel feels modern and chic without being pretentious, and it’s good for kids too. We also had free access to local activities, including the gym, sauna, SUP, gondola, and golf. The staff were outstanding, especially Leni, who was professional, quick to respond, helpful, and kind.
