The food was amazing, and Tanya explained where the ingredients came from, which made it feel like we were eating local. In the morning, we came down for breakfast and found a kitten and its mother wandering around the restaurant and bar, sleeping and cuddling. It couldn't have been a more perfect little scene. Tanya also told us about the hotel and area, how she and her husband came to take it over, and the cats' story. She was so accommodating about our late check-in, check-out, and dinner, and we really appreciated it. Our suite was large, with two bedrooms and a small living room. We loved the bar, restaurant, breakfast room, lovely interior, and the mountain view we woke up to. It's such a cozy place to enjoy Austrian hospitality and scenery. One of the warmest, best hotels I've visited, and I'd return in a heartbeat.

Hahnbaum Hotel has beautiful scenery all around, and it takes just 15 minutes to reach Wagrain ski station. The wellness area is a nice place to unwind, and there are plenty of food choices, all delicious and satisfying. Most of all, the staff made us feel at home and went out of their way to help. I'd highly recommend it for a vacation.

Austria has thousands of wonderful places, but this is the one we keep coming back to every summer since we found it. The peace, atmosphere, and grandeur of the natural surroundings are hard to put into words.

Tania treated us incredibly well, almost like family. I've worked in five-star hotels and stayed in them too, and I think this place deserves five stars. The view was beautiful, the food incredible, and the beds so comfortable I could sleep for a week. We'll be back again and again. Danke für alles. Xxxxx

We found the terrace really lovely, and the hotel has that typical mountain feel. The drive up was a bit tricky since we arrived in the dark and rain. The owners are wonderful people, and we should help them build their dream.
