We can't comment on the hotel itself, but if the restaurant is anything to go by, it's excellent. We had a wonderful meal with great service. There was no pressure and the wait staff didn't hover. All in all, a great experience, and we highly recommend the place.

The sauna was great, and the food and service were excellent. I did miss having a pool, and the sauna hours could have been longer. Still, they opened it earlier than advertised especially for us. The hotel is close to both the ski bus stop and train station, but we couldn't hear the train from our room.

The food was extra delicious, and having the hotel's own restaurant was really handy. I did feel the room cost a little too much, though it was okay. You can hear people walking past in the hallway.

Hans-Peter, the bar keep, knows the area inside out and can give you endless tips. Maggi will even make you a Kaiserschmarn after the kitchen has closed. We had a good four-night stay, and I can recommend it. The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen serves tasty local and international dishes until 2100. Breakfast is carb heavy but delicious. There's also a sauna and fitness room. In the room, there's a hair dryer, a large walk-in shower, a small TV, and a balcony. The wifi is sadly so slow it's not usable, which could annoy people coming from far away without local service.

The mountain views from this wonderful location were lovely. Our room was very clean, the balcony was large, and the staff were friendly. We'll definitely come back.
