Kevin, the barman, was a highlight for our group. He was great fun, had a good sense of humour, and always made sure we had what we needed. He really added to the stay. Thanks, and 'Meow' to him! And a special mention to Garfield, the most chilled cat I’ve ever met. Hope to see you again for another House of Honey trip. We loved our week at Hotel Stern with friends at the end of March. The rooms were cosy and perfectly functional. We had a valley view, and it was spectacular, well worth the extra pennies. Breakfast was great, the house wine really lovely, and dinner was plentiful, if not gourmet. We always had enough to eat and were very satisfied.

The rooms were fine, with older equipment that seemed okay for this kind of ski hutte. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the slope, breakfast comes with an awesome view, and dinner features delicious local food. You can also request meals to suit your allergies.

We stayed in a deluxe double room with a valley view. It was spacious, with an extendable sofa, and could fit two adults and a baby. The view was very nice, the hotel was pet friendly with good conditions for a dog, and the half-board deal was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of dark dog hair on the floor and sofa, even though our dog is white. Breakfast was good, but the selection was limited and the same every day, so it wouldn’t suit a long stay.

The restaurant was the highlight for me: delicious food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly, attentive staff. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and our room had such a lovely view. It’s a wonderful family hotel, with cosy, comfortable rooms. We’ll stay here again next time we pass through the area.
