The room and breakfast were okay, but the toilet smelled really bad and the floor was sticky. When I mentioned it at checkout, they apologized and said they knew about it. I was surprised they still charged us around 250€ for the room, only taking off the 10€ parking fee. We had a baby with us, and I can’t believe they thought it was okay to give us that room. I know you might ask why we didn’t report it sooner. We only noticed after dinner because we hadn’t used the toilet before then. With the baby and how tired we were, moving rooms wasn’t an option, especially since we were checking out the next day anyway. In the end, I wish we had moved.

The hotel is right by the railway track. Why weren’t we told beforehand that the rooftop and the pool were closed? We would have cancelled, yes.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was clean, and my wife, our children and I have had the best week of our lives here in Austria. We ate at the sky lounge three or four times, and the food was fantastic. Victor, Cristina and especially Matco deserve particular praise. Their service and friendliness went far beyond what we expected. They’re a real credit to the hotel, and we’ll definitely come back. I’ve already recommended it to two family friends. The wonderful staff made an amazing holiday even better. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was nice and clean. The receptionist was very welcoming, upgraded our room, and proactively shared useful information for our stay.

The sky bar was pleasant, with a nice view, and breakfast was good. The team were helpful, and the location was nice. The room design felt strange, though, and the ventilation didn’t work properly. There’s no air-conditioning, and with the windows open you can hear trains passing. It wasn’t a very comfortable hotel for a summer stay.
