Kitzalp, Chalet

Karl is always friendly and helpful, without ever intruding. The chalet has stunning views of the Wilder Kaiser mountains, plenty of parking, and it’s a short drive to St Johann. In winter there’s a ski bus every day; in summer there are local buses, and town is a 30-minute walk if you’re feeling active. We’ve spent the last five years here for skiing holidays, and our family of seven, two grandparents, two parents and children aged 12, 10 and 7, can’t recommend it enough. There’s plenty of room in the three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s spotlessly clean and tidy, and we feel at home. The kitchen has everything we need, and the kitchen and living room space works perfectly for us. Both living rooms have lots of comfortable seating, a TV, books, games and toys for the children. Five stars from us!

The chalet is in a top-notch spot for walks in the countryside and exploring the region’s sights. It’s a perfect choice for a family holiday in Tyrol, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Karl was friendly and helpful, and communicating with him before and during our stay was flawless. Highly recommend.

I stayed in May and really enjoyed the large garden and wooden terrace, with wonderful views of the Wilder Kaiser. It’s a spacious house close to all the facilities of St Johann. Local walks and mountain bike trails through lovely countryside are easy to reach, and Kitzbuhel is a short ride away. St Johann has some very good cafes and restaurants, and you can hire a mountain bike in town. The host speaks English and German fluently.

We had such a great week! My family of five, including three children, loved spending time in the garden and enjoying the nice evenings. The house is beautiful, and Karl was very helpful with his suggestions. Thanks so much. We’ll definitely come back, 100 points.
