The noise each morning from trucks and construction directly below the apartment made it impossible to rest. We were a family of seven staying for two weeks, and the holiday was badly affected. We paid a high price expecting decent service, but ran into repeated problems and treatment that felt very unprofessional. After long days out, there was barely any hot water for showers. When we raised it, we were told to shower earlier. The shower hose in my mother’s bathroom broke mid-stay and stayed broken for four days, despite repeated requests. We had paid in advance for cleaning and a linen change, but got only minimal cleaning and no fresh linen. They also tried to charge more than the agreed amount, and accepted the correct price only after we showed the written agreement. The service still fell far short of what was promised. There were far too many insects, and a dangerous tilt window without a screen was right above a child’s bed. Toilet paper was rationed to one roll per person for two weeks, with extra rolls charged. The balcony light switched off while it was still daylight, and they refused our request to keep it on into the dark hours. The owner’s conduct was very unprofessional, including threats to evict us instead of resolving the issues. We paid a significant amount hoping for a fair, comfortable stay, but dealt with frustration, poor service, and constant noise. I strongly advise against staying here.

The apartment was quiet, facing the mountains, with a wonderful view through large panoramic windows and a balcony wrapping all the way around it. It was clean, attractive, and had everything we needed, all well maintained. The location worked perfectly for us: less than 50 meters from the Capel gondola, with a bus stop opposite and a supermarket and shops close by. The hosts welcomed us warmly, explained trips around the area, and were there whenever we had a question or request. The stay was perfect. See you next season!

The apartment had a complete kitchen and good facilities, and they offer a handy “brötchen-service”. It’s a pretty new building in a good spot near the Kappl ski lift, with a very nice wellness area. One thing to know is that reception is usually unstaffed, but you can get in touch via WhatsApp.
